Katrin Lalova was born in 1997 in Sofia.

In 2021, she graduated in puppet theater acting, under the guidance of Professor Bonyo Lungov at NATFA.

In the same year, she joined the troupe of the Shumen Theater.

Her professional stage career began with the children's play "Breakfast for a Princess," where she portrayed Princess Marulka.
